Hello everyone! Summer is near and as you know, everyone wants  to get in shape for the summer, so let's get your best summer body ever, because you are worth it ...



- Now, I will offer you some amazing and helpful advice and steps to get into the shape you deserve. And remember, as I always say, "There are no simple steps but only hard work and patience (workout smiling ).

So the first thing, as everyone knows, is to in only the amount of calories your body needs for weight loss.
and remember my friend "Don't count calories; it'll just make you FATTER

but any way i am planning to write an article about this subject that will be wonderful and unique about losing weight with Psychological Sciences ways ...

The second thing is to exercise at least 3 times a week, doing 30 minutes of cardio to with a reasonable level of intensity. This will help to create a calorie deficit and encourage your body to lose fat.

Okay, my friend, to lose weight, use this nice trick :
Make simple replacements in your diet, - sweetener in place of sugar, diet drinks in place of sugary drinks, use leaner cuts of meat, etc. At first these changes may be difficult, but you will get used to them.
So try to make a difference in your life and in your shape. To lose weight, you should move and put what you're reading and learning into action.
This is the only way to lose weight; and don't think negatively or be upset because of your shape. No, my friend!
Don't think of where you are now, but think of where you will be soon. Think of the shape you'll have; imagine yourself on the beach with your new great shape. (if they ask you about the secret lead them to here ;)

Everyone would wish they could be like you, and you are happy about this. This exercise will help you so much. Please, my friend do this, and after awhile, come back and tell me.

Okay, now I want to give you a key that is very useful. It's free, but I don't know why people don't use it …I ask myself a thousand times every day, why people don't use this effective key, even though it's free, it gives wonderful results, and exists everywhere. So now, what's this key? This key is water !

- Drink plenty of water – at least 2 liters every day, because if you are dehydrated your body will be less efficient which will make fat loss more difficult.
So drink plenty of water - it is free !!
